Giveaway Terms & Conditions 1. Organizer The giveaway is organized by Urša Vadnjal. 2. Eligibility The giveaway is open to visitors of the exhibition From Reins to Brush at Štanjel Castle. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Participants must provide accurate and valid information when entering the giveaway. 3. How to enter To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form and subscribe to Urša Vadnjal’s newsletter. Newsletter subscription is a mandatory condition of entry. By subscribing, participants consent to receiving newsletters and other updates from Urša Vadnjal. Only one entry per person is permitted. 4. Entry period Entries are open until 31 December 2026. Entries received after this date will not be included in the giveaway. 5. Prize The prize is an original artwork by Urša Vadnjal, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. 6. Winner selection The winner will be selected at random after the entry period has closed. The winner will be contacted by email and announced on the giveaway page. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, the organizer reserves the right to select another winner. 7. Delivery of the prize The original artwork will be carefully prepared and sent by post to an address within the European Union provided by the winner. 8. Personal data Personal data collected through the giveaway will be processed for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet the conditions of the giveaway or that contain false or incomplete information.
